      Most of the people at the store levels are good, friendly. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay has not kept up with times and inflation, despite the companies prices increasing. Home-work life balance could be better. Company has a what have you done for me lately feel towards employees.

      Pros

      Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
