Pros
Never has hours cut, overtime is usually available, and personally the insurance is very good for me and the things I need to use it for.
Cons
The workers on the floor or operating machinery don’t have a lot of power in terms of getting things changed that may help out in various job duties: They have been raising the base wage for the new hire employees but not giving the employees working the increase in pay as well. A lot of people are not happy with this and some have left because of it.
