Don’t believe the hype - Machine Operator Belmark Employee Review

I have worked at Belmark for years and have unfortunately witnessed a decline in the work environment at Belmark. This decline is related to significant growth. Normally growth is not a problem when managed correctly. Belmark however has lost some of its values during the growth process. There are very few standardized procedures and information it’s just often passed on from one group to the other. There are advancement opportunities, These opportunities however can be overshadowed by the political process that exist within Belmark. Applying for internal positions is extremely difficult and inefficient. A employees supervisor can basically block the release from their position to another. Management will blatantly deny this as they know it occurs, know that it is harmful but don’t want to deal with it.
