Pros

Great offers in the interview, make you feel wanted and like you have a place to grow in interview process

Cons

Did not honor salary agreement, did not honor original contract, micromanaged, no compensation for training, bad benefits package, did not review salary compensation before incorporating in state that is not their home state, no room for growth, absolutely awful and rude management. I could go on for years. A bunch of white southerners trying to 'invest' in Colorado mountain towns.

This company truly cares about their employees. I loved working with everyone. They appreciate and notice all the hard work their employees do each and every day.

Cons

Difficult to get a pay raise. Regional manager don’t stay long.
