This company truly cares about their employees. I loved working with everyone. They appreciate and notice all the hard work their employees do each and every day.

Difficult to get a pay raise. Regional manager don’t stay long.

Friendly co-workers (except for a few, especially MANAGEMENT)

HORRIBLE management, especially the president, A bunch of "fakers" who preach "We're a family." Nothing is further from the truth, unless you're in the "click." Overworked, underappreciated, no help. There's not enough characters left to list how many awful things there is about this company and it's management.
