Great management and staff appreciation

I don’t have any cons at this time

The residents are overwhelmingly wonderful people. Overall less stressful than other jobs in hospitality.

The managing director leads from his office and is clueless of what is really happening in the building. No security department so employees threatening other employees is not controlled. Employees are promised raises and then those raises are taken away. Management plays favorites with certain team members. Sales Execs are soliciting team members to vote for them for outside ventures which bear no relation to Belmont Village. Management doesn’t pay enough to retain good employees.
