Pros

Starting pay is a couple of cents higher than most.

Cons

They don’t tell you what comes with the good starting pay: - overworked - residents’ needs are not met because their condition is beyond the “Assisted Living Facility” is only able to provide (plus we were severely understaffed). - Managers lack the knowledge of what is needed to run their departments properly. They do not communicate with each other which in turn makes both employees and residents suffer. Retaliation is tolerated. - Resident negligence seems to be the norm. - Equipments are either malfunctioning or totally not working which makes it harder to properly do your job.
