Under pay staff, the management and everyone in the office play favoritism and that’s how you get benefits like more hours, when problem arise between workers they the office listen to the person they have a close relationship with, some of the workers yells at the clients treats them like they are stupid, some workers act like they are good workers when a boss or someone from HQ is around and do the same thing when they leave. The whole office staff at the Memphis location is a mess.
