A step back in time; and not in a good way. - Concierge Belmont Village Employee Review

Toxic work environment; the race relations at this place would give even the 1940s a run for their money. The residents are racist plain and simple and management turns a blind eye to it while the employees are treated like crap. This place lacks diversity across the board and I can see why; if you're a minority and want to experience what your ancestors have then work here. Otherwise, steer clear! I was accused of changing the radio to an AA radio station when I didn't (I didn't even know hoe to change the station!) But of course since I'm black and its black station then I have to be guilty.
