Great workplace, co-workers wanted to be there, didn't really seem to be a "that guy" at Safelite, everyone enjoyed their job.
Cons
I was promised an 8 week course to become a full fledged technician and commission bonuses averaging at $17 dollars an hour, despite online reviews I believed my superiors and took a job at a retail shop about 80 miles from my home, after moving there and giving up my comfortable lifestyle for what I had thought would be a much better and healthy future, all I received was an 80 cent raise. I highly advise people to get their statements in writing before accepting any promotions with Belron US/Safelite Auto Glass.
