Pros

Good products, good training, nice clients

Cons

Went from being an excellent job, to being terrible, over a 20 year period went from 30% commission with good benefits, to 14% comm, with NO benefits, NO salary, H/As prices went higher and higher, while employees pay and benefits went lower and lower....crappy worn out substandard test equipment....owners (franchise) with NO Audiological skills (ex-car dealers) (ex-contractors) (ex-fishing guides) No vacations , pay your own lic, and training fees, NO expense reimbursement......continually recruiting young kids, to replace the ones who got smart..

I can't think of much.

Cons

Micromanagment or everything. Really high employee turnaround where they expect you to pick up the pieces. They offer incentives for sales but put the bar up way too high so it won'tbe met in certain areas. They force certain offices into contracts with insurance companies that are annoying and reimburse low. They tell you when you can use your paid time off and you have to find your own coverage. They send out constant mailers for free hearing tests and make no money from them. Cameras in employee areas. They don't pay enough. It's not comparable and a bit insulting. The insurance benefits are awful. You will never meet a deductible for any of the plans they offer. The WORST patients. They are entitled and needy.
