      Pros

      Fantastic direct management, possible growth options, good health benefits

      Cons

      Out of touch upper management, not a lot of care for people at lower levers. Company seems to be struggling and finding where to cut corners. Not a lot of insensitive for employees who stayed after reorg.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
