      Pros

      3 weeks PTO, good benefits, love my patients. A big enough company to look good as a resume booster instead of a private clinic. Opportunity to invest in new clinics that are opening

      Cons

      Low pay for my degree, doesn't value work-life balance when clinics are open from 7am-7pm everyday. Don't understand the dress code.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
