Pros

I've honestly never worked for a company who truly cares about individuals like BenchMark does. Even though BenchMark is a fairly large company I’ve never felt lost or like a number but instead people know my name and that I am actually making a difference and opinion is valued. BenchMark has a lot of different training programs and leadership development programs set up, so all of the leadership within the company is well trained and amazing to work for. There is such a big focus on community involvement and philanthropy which speaks to the integrity and passion of the BenchMark. All in all, I couldn’t have been happier that I chose to accept a position and grow with BenchMark.

Cons

Be ready to work hard. This is not a company if you're looking to coast and just clock in and clock out- you won't get far with that work ethic.

Pros

Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

Cons

Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
