They are a debt free company and perform comprehensive analysis of patient outcomes, as well as providing essential clinic data that can be used to provide outstanding customer service and methods to improve clinic growth and operations. There are also opportunities to improve your clinical skills in areas of interest within the company through continuing education within the company. They have great leadership training through their regional directors at monthly clinic director meetings and annual training. Overall, I think they are a very solid company that continuously self assesses areas of weakness and looks for solutions to improve customer service and employee satisfaction.
Cons
I would like to see a little more contribution from the company towards annual continuing education as a clinic director, because they did not fully cover my continuing education costs this year.
