      Pros

      benefits are good, great coworkers, relatively easy to request PTO, con education is great.

      Cons

      numbers are always pushed (literally anything you can think of is tracked), and you are constantly hassled if you are not meeting them. Expect to work during lunch taking phone calls, etc.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
