      Pros

      I was there for less than a year because of Covid and having to furlough but while I was there they were absolutely wonderful. It really was like being a part of a family. I highly recommend working there if you get the chance to.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as competitive as it could be other than that I have nothing negative to say.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
