Pros

- View from the building. - Come to work every day even in COVID-19. - Work like a slave, if you die they do not care. - We have to behave like kids. - The rules are very similar to High school, if you loved High school please come join us at Benchmark. - Avoid this job at all costs, you will regret it. Thank me later

Cons

I have left this position because of the nonmanagement skilled employed . They have no Management skills, nonmanagement skilled employed will treat the agent like kids. They also will fire you on the spot. NO vacation days, NO social life. NO work balance, 24x7 STRESS. MUST AVOID THIS POSITION AT ALL COSTS UNLESS THEY OFFER YOU $60-70K.

Pros

I became incensed when I came across the reviews on Glassdoor and wanted to contribute my own review. I suppose things have changed here at Benchmark because I have a completely different view of this organization. I work fully remote from home. The culture is collaborative. People are NICE and very professional!! The 401k benefits match at 25% of my contributions (not 3 or 4% like most companies) AND they have a profit sharing bonus. It's a very inclusive and diverse company. Thank you, Benchmark. I'm going to reach out to other employees and see if we can 'up' these numbers with positive reviews!

Cons

I wish I could visit the main headquarters and meet my peers in-person someday.

Pros

May be manageable if you are 100% remote.

Cons

If you have to be in the New Rochelle office, it is truly a strange place with bizarre, abusive management. The negative reviews are accurate. You will hear yelling, shouting, cursing, and insults thrown around casually. It’s usually directed at individuals. This comes from the very top CEO - the bad vibes trickle down through middle management and onto workers. Turnover is extremely high, lots of layoffs and outsourcing. Occasional free lunch doesn’t make up for the horrible culture. Systems are convoluted and there’s no real training process or HR, so a lot of times one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing.
