everything essentially, management is terrible, makes months longer than said to train you. training is subpar and coaches will train you incorrectly or not well enough and have the guts to place blame on the trainee. Hours are long and the pay is average or even below average. the pay is not worth everything else that comes with the job. no headphones allowed which is understandable in the work setting but might discourage some from applying. clear favortism with the leads and employees, they will tolerate people being on their phone, talking for well over 30 minutes at a time ignoring work, and walking around doing absolutely no work all day just because of seniority. they flaunt their experience but quite frankly they are all stuck in an entry level position where they could be replaced in the blink of an eye if they dont kiss the boot of the management. no flexibility if you have family and actually want to be there for them. after leaving this job the skills you obtained will be useless unless you continue in the same entry level positions within the industry.
