      management in the winona site does not care about well being of employees and have coaches that train newer employees belittle and demean you

      Cons

      will work you to death in overtime if qualified for an engineering role but you are in production they will not move you up so growth is not an option here.

Regarding your comments on overtime, it can be challenging to balance workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We will take your comments into account as we evaluate our policies and procedures to ensure that they align with our commitment to creating a positive and sustainable work environment. We are eliminating all Mandatory Overtime in 2023 and are moving to Volunteer only.

      Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

      Cons

      Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

      Met some good people while there that are still friends.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
