The overtime is due to the QC department being very green; this causes line down situations for no real reason.
Every customer is on the edge in regards to Quality and OTD.
Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined or enforced, lots of overstepping between departments.
Little to no accountability between departments.
Executive leadership has let this plant fail for over a year, only recently have they done a "sweep" to try to improve.
Hands down the worst culture I have ever seen, no accountability. Employees are argumentative with management, and it is allowed.
Promote and reward the managers that are part of the problem vs keeping down the people that are part of the solution.
