Nice management in therapy dept, clean and inviting facility, pay was fairly generous and hours were reliable

Cons

No real training period or mentorship program and a small therapy dept for a new grad especially, limited PTO, no company retirement plans offered

Everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to help. It’s the little things that make such a big difference here. When my grandma passed away, they sent me a sympathy card with a handwritten message and signature. It was so thoughtful and surprised me because it wasn't a generic card.

Cons

I would like to see pay increases more often and not have to ask.
