Lack of support or opportunities for education of staff and personal learning growth. Decreased focus on evidence-based practice with an increased focus on productivity over effective, generalizable intervention. Do not work for this company if you are a clinical fellow speech-pathologist. There is extremely high carry over rate and you will have minimal support or opportunities to learn. You do not want to work for this company as your first experience in the field, because it will be extremely negative.
