Everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to help.
It’s the little things that make such a big difference here. When my grandma passed away, they sent me a sympathy card with a handwritten message and signature. It was so thoughtful and surprised me because it wasn't a generic card.

I would like to see pay increases more often and not have to ask.
