Pros
Supportive of me while in school for my RN. They were flexible, supportive and gave me tuition assistance. My boss provides feedback in a positive way and has written letters of recommendations for scholarships and encouraged me through school. The staff get along well together and it is a healthy and productive work environment. I love my job... even having to work nights!
Cons
Turn over due to new RN grads getting experience here and going to the hospitals- good/bad. As with all companies in this industry, the pay could be better, but limitations are related to funding, acuity and reimbursement.
