Pros

-I see reviews about poor management; i have not experienced that in my 1 year here. -Co-workers are awesome. -I'd consider living here when I'm old because rhe facility is so nice. -PAID SCHOOL TUITION!!! -Their insurance is Blue cross blue shield (very good) premium is low -full time is considered 60+ hours

Cons

- the food menu for the residents is limited and not very diverse. The chefs should be allowed more menu diversity. But I'm not here to eat; here to work -pay could be better/but it could be worse too (Not a really a con)
