Pros
There are no pros to working here except meeting the residents
Cons
If you’re looking to gain employment there I would recommend you LOOK ELSE WHERE. Especially if you’re new to the field. The only training provided is out dated old online videos, NO HANDS ON, then they pair you with trainers who have no interest in training you or very minimal experience. Day shift is over worked, PM does absolutely nothing , no cleaning or laundry, NOC is expected to Clean entire facility, do every residents laundry, Pass medication through the ENTIRE facility, take vitals, chase residents, change everyone, chart every single resident. force residents to get up in the morning. All while being UN-Certified. This place is 90% agency staffed and now you see why.
