Pros

Casual dress, flexibility to work from home, free coffee and low priced snacks.

Cons

OVERTIME ALL THE TIME -Expect to work lots of hours and be on call, all the time. For no additional money just 40 hours. With everyone working independently issues will get released in patches or releases that are not thoroughly gone through UAT and reek havoc on the support teams which bleeds over to the clients and account managers/call centers. GLOBAL ASSOCIATES -Management is constantly saying 'don't worry we are not going to outsource your job' but then continues to create and stand up processes to transition over to our global team members. While we continue to battle with our internal compliance and security departments with regards to keeping our clients best interests (and our behinds covered should we end up in court) in mind they forge ahead. PROFITABILITY AT ANY COST -Recently the company went through the annual review process and the managers were instructed to use the bell curve when providing ratings. After the reviews were delivered and finalized management then came asking for people who rated in the middle that might not be at the same level as their peers with the same rating. Several people were laid off shortly after. LIMITED FULL TIME POTENTIAL --As a contractor you are brought in under the guise of 'if you perform well you may get offered a job'. Managers have to fight with upper management to convert those contractors over to full time employees and it appears that now there will be no one else through the end of 2016 that will be brought on with the company.
