Smoke and Mirrors - Don't Believe the Hype - Anonymous employee Benefitfocus Employee Review

It's all smoke and mirrors. There's a facade of a company that really cares about their employees and has a really cool culture, but it's all fake. People are getting laid off in droves, jobs are being outsourced, and the executives are making unreasonable requests not based in reality. The company no longer cares about their employees - they only care about giving shareholders good news and the bottom line. People are miserable - the software doesn't work and the reputation of BF has gotten out. Nobody communicates with anyone and most teams have no idea what they're doing or how to get anything done. The inefficiency is rampant. Not to mention several people in very high level jobs who are only in those positions because they've been there the longest or have some kind of dirty secret they're keeping quiet. Employees know what is up, yet they keep trying to ring cowbells in everyone's face and fill us full of the Benefitfocus rhetoric.
