Thanks for sharing your review, although the content is disappointing – it’s especially sad that you don’t think we live our core values. I never like to hear that anyone is unhappy at our company. I can tell you that our salaries are regularly reviewed against local and national standards. We definitely want to make sure our associates know they are appreciated. Also, it sounds like some of your frustrations are about transparency and communication. Both are areas we are rapidly increasing. Thanks for the feedback. We know there is an opportunity for new avenues of communication and we’re working to ensure everyone at each of our campuses is included.
