Pros

Relaxed in/out times but that's because your manager won't ever be there and neither will their manager.

Cons

You know it's a "great" place to work when every time you have a meeting the leader asks you to log into Glassdoor to write a review. You know it's a great place to work when you visit with a customer and they tell you to run, leave Benefitfocus as fast as you can. Nothing works, empty promises are constantly made, so many customers have left this year alone. If that's not a huge red flag, I don't know what is. Benefitfocus also only promotes who they like. Doesn't matter how hard you work.

Thank you for posting. More training opportunities are being launched to help prepare our associates throughout the year. This program has changed a great deal in the past couple of years, and we are constantly improving. We look forward to the positive impact of continued training, in addition to the knowledge shared by associates. Your perspective will be shared with leadership.
