Where do I begin? 1) Management is a JOKE. Very clicky and they don't listen to your suggestions, concerns, or seem remotely interested in helping their subordinates. 2) LAY OFFS HAPPEN ON THE REGULAR. They claim to care about their employees, which is a complete joke. Everyone and every other company in the area knows it. They let go of their best assets in lieu of saving a little bit of $ and shipping those jobs overseas. 3) UNDERPAID to the extreme. They say their pay is "competitive." It is WELL below the national average and well below the range needed to live in the Charleston area comfortably. 4) Annual reviews are a SHAM. HR told managers to change their annual review ratings of some of their teams so they didn't have to shell out raise $. They also told managers they have to give some people bad reviews, even if those employees didn't deserve it.
