Pros
Those in sales seem to live the high life. Pricey dinners wooing customers, traveling with the CEO on private planes and spending what we can only imagine is a 3-figure budget on their "club". And the folks who answer the phones and deal with irate customers get free coffee
Cons
With the current stock price being a focal point, the big con (how appropriate a word) for me as an investor is that the aforementioned sales team will travel to a $5k a night resort to celebrate their "success" as we anxiously await the earnings report, likely to be another lackluster quarter. Yes you read that correctly - Benefitfocus Club at the Rosewood Las Ventanas in Cabo happening late February while the stock price is an all time low. If that doesn't upset you, it should.
