Pros

- There's usually Free Food around the office. There's also free coffee. - You can drink beer on Fridays. - The break room has a ping-pong table...but not at the time of writing this review. - The benefits are just average. Ironically, they used to be terrible here! - There are a lot of charitable events and games where you can win anything from useless nick-knacks to cash. - The atmosphere is friendly. - Your boss(es) can be great to work with (Although there are some that aren't so great, too).

Cons

- You will be worked like a dog with very little training. - The product is defective and broken. 75% of output files are manual edits. Your system will crash daily, even after work. - Pay is insultingly low. For the amount of hours you will put in, the salary ends up being LESS than minimum wage. Expect a minimum of 50 hours per week. - You will be asked to lie to other departments and clients, proving the "Smoke and Mirrors" campaign. - There are no business practices in place for an SaaS model (basically a subscription model). There is only scrambling and manual edits until clients and carriers accept what is given to them. - Senior Management is ineffectual. The answer to an increase in clients is to hire one hundred people but no servers. The additional users have all but crippled system resources during the busiest time of year. When things go wrong, Management will demand volunteers from other departments, which further strain resources. Scaling is a huge issue. - Despite the CEO trying to get departments to communicate more, there is miscommunication all over. Sales will promise things that the coding cannot achieve. Senior Management only has a basic idea of what their departments actually do.
