Other departments seem to be managed better, however, it’s almost impossible to get out of this role.
Cons
Management in this department is given zero training. They are rude, careless, and unhelpful. There is NO work life balance what so ever. PTO is a thing, but be expected to work it off before and after, same goes for sick time. There is no training other than a handful of videos that are dated. You’re expected to just learn from those around you, but with the lack of staff in general, let alone staff who have been there over a year, good luck chuck. There is no bonus, no paid internet, and no work phone. Don’t let your recruiter fool you.
