      Pros

      Very remote friendly, good flexibility. At such a large company, your experience will be largely be dependent on your manager which could be good or bad. Some new human resource investment in product management and design is bringing more agile and product processes to the organisation with more people from diverse backgrounds

      Cons

      Lots of the systems are still engrained in tradition and can be very hard to overcome team silos
