Very messy leadership in EMEA. Goals, objectives and responsibilities are not clear or well defined. We often try our best with what we have without really knowing if it's good enough. Unclear career tracks or paths to progression and no accountability from management and leadership on that. Change management is absolutely chaotic. Substantial layoffs recently and teams that have been dissolved and are left are looking around for answers without getting any. Share price has been going down for a long time, the market doesn't seem to really trust the CEO or the organisation in spite of generally positive results.
