Pros
Bentley is a family run company and does have a good work/life balance. While we only have 3,000 colleagues, the company is spread over 40+ countries, which means that it has all the challenges of a large global corporation. This makes the work interesting and provides a lot of opportunities to work with colleagues from all over the world.
Cons
Bentley colleagues tend to be very loyal and stay with the company. While can be good, it also means that there is very little movement in management positions. For those looking to move up, there are few options. They are trying to address this issue with retirement plans recently but it is too soon to say whether they will be effective.
