Pros
Great people to work with. Remote working and very flexible. Line managers are very supportive but have very little power. I did get a fuel card and car allowance which was cash. Nice Christmas party where your partner can come and stay overnight on expenses.
Cons
Very run from the top. Don't expect a pay increase even if you are promoted (several times). I effectively earn less than what I started on when you take inflation into account. They would rather hire someone external and pay them more than promote and increase salary to match current market rate. No real bonus that you feel you can work towards and improve on if you want to. Goals are not worked towards and to not influence anything. Very little communication from the top about what is going on in the business. Snr management are not allowed to run their business units how they want.
