Low Salaries but work life balance - Software Engineer1 Bentley Systems Employee Review

Very low salaries as compared to local market. Even upper management stats that the motto is not to give an increment rather to balance salaries as per GDP. Middle management is incompetent in terms of communicating and fighting for junior resources. All those people sitting from trevor's time have very good salaries and are now managers and don't give a thought to fight for resources. If an employee wants to stay and take counter then it should be from next month rather than April (annual raise) and October(mid-year raise)
