(1) insurance benefits are not good - if you're competing with tech companies for top talent, you need to offer a lot more for new hires to stay (2) lack of transparency - I was switched into another team and a role randomly without warning; and this was not the path I was moving towards (3) lack of feedback - never knew how I was doing and there was never an explanation of my quarterly bonus (4) at times, I felt like I was spoken down to (5) from my time there, I don't recall any diversity or inclusion talks
