      Pros

      Lot's of time off, high accrual rates. Great work-life balance. Flexible scheduling. Able to work from home and colleagues are great.

      Cons

      Upper management decisions aren't always for the best. Not always transparent when new positions are available. Colleagues given promotions without posting the position so not much room for advancement unless you're in with the right people.
