Pros
Working at Bentley you always felt like you part of a bigger family. Colleagues all over the world always ready to assist, and it was being part of the 3500 team that really differentiated this company from its competitors. i really enjoyed my tenure with Bentley Systems indeed i firmly believe the difference is that staff are pretty much handpicked.
Cons
a vertically operated organisation based on an American way of doing business doesn't always equate to getting the best results out of a global operation especially in developing countries. management style reminded my of my military service as anyone with higher rank shouted the orders in some instances.
