Pros
Nothing pro about this company. They let you go without a reason. Your performance doesn't matter at all. I had the best survey average in hydraulics and hydrology department, but that did not deter them to take me out.
Cons
Managers have no idea what they are doing. They could spend millions on projects and scrap them without letting higher management know. If you speak of it, you will be handed a severance package. Lies lies and more lies. If you are recent graduate, don't waste your time. This company will ruin your career. Leaving the company was the best thing ever happened to me
