Pros
Everyone is really supportive of different skill levels that interns may have. Some interns were master's students, some were undergrad sophomores. They were all treated with respect and assisted as much as necessary for their level.
Cons
Some weeks there wasn't a whole lot to do, but that depended on the team you were on and the period in that product's lifecycle. For example, if a product was about to be released, not a whole lot of development was happening -- this isn't anything uncommon.
