Low pay doesn't justify the amount of work you do as "client service"" associate. The department has the highest turn over rate within the company Director isn't as genuine as she seems. In addition, the supervisor's micromanaging is quite nauseating. The department is segregated from the management's favorites to the outcast. Your work ethics and warnings are based what the favorites reports about you which is against policy and unfair. The department of labor needs to do an audit on the company, too many things are being done against the labor laws. You're definitely unappreciated!
