      Exposure to all aspects of buying process, even when market is abroad. Ability to have responsibilities owning brands and managing OTB and receipt flow

      Hard to advance. Company put in place specific policies for growth that are subjective to poor leadership. Company can afford to increase compensation, pay grade is much lower than industry standards.
