The quiet expectation is to live and breathe the job. -Highly toxic and abusive behavior by senior team. Be prepared to take blame for everything. -Team is so lean that everyone is doing the work of 5 people and miserable -Not collaborative at all. "Every man for himself" kind of attitude. -Be prepared to be thrown into the deep end of projects with no context and short lead time -Exceptionally high turnover. No one stays longer than a couple of months. 100/10 would not recommend to any sane person.
