Co-workers are nice but overworked. No real company culture. MAs are ignored and meant to push data into outdated softwares for 9hrs/day— you are not a valued employee, you are a robot. No professional development opportunities. Nothing is standardized— no training, performance reviews, or even manuals to learn the job on your own. Onboarding was a nightmare.
