Treatment at BG is awful - Personal Shopping Assistant Bergdorf Goodman Employee Review

Assistant’s are not valued as an asset even though they run the whole personal shopping business while the shoppers stay at home and do nothing Treatment of the assistants is horrendous. Our opinions are not valued and the shoppers take young minds and make them question everything they do and say. Mental health is not even a consideration to the company all they care about is who brings the money in. No action is ever taken and the shoppers can act however they want towards whoever they want and they get away with it. Screaming at their bosses, screaming at customers, screaming at people on the sales floor, screaming at other sales associates with customers present- it does not matter. Nothing is ever done to change it.
